Why have I created wellbeing audio lessons?

 

💛 I wanted to create something that would support your child's wellbeing.  Many of our audio lesson members have a learning difference like dyslexia for example and with any learning difference can come anxiety, low confidence, low self-esteem and low self-belief.  So I wanted to create wellbeing audio lessons to tackle these issues.

💛 To support your child, especially if they are on the SEN register. Just like our audio lessons covering the curriculum, I have recognised the need for accessible, non-text-based learning tool that will help children with dyslexia, for example, overcome the challenges of traditional education, offering a more inclusive way to engage with wellbeing concepts.

💛 To promote emotional wellbeing. I want to provide children with resources that help them manage stress, anxiety, and emotions, fostering resilience and self-confidence through calming, mindfulness-based audio experiences.
